Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Grigoryan Capital Group LLC ("we") collects through GCG Tools at tools.grigoryancapitalgroup.com and what we do with it.
What stays on your device
The tools run in your browser. The figures you type into calculators, the documents you create, and the PDFs and images you open are processed on your own device. They are not sent to us and we do not store them. Some tools remember your last entries in your browser's own storage so your work is not lost; you can clear this at any time in your browser settings.
What we collect
- Basic visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. We do not use advertising cookies.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Accounts and payments (when offered). If you create an account or buy something, we keep your email address, your plan and purchase history. Accounts use Google Firebase Authentication. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Support messages. If you email support@grigoryancapitalgroup.com, we keep the message to answer it.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site for us: Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics), Google Firebase (accounts), Stripe (payments) and Google Workspace (email). Data is shared with them only so they can provide those services. We do not sell or rent your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
Use of artificial intelligence
AI has been used in building this site. The tools do not send your information to any AI service. Information produced with the help of AI may be incorrect; see the Terms of Use.
Your choices and rights
You can use the free tools without an account. If you have an account you can delete it, and the data held with it, from inside the account. You may also ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it by emailing support@grigoryancapitalgroup.com. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA, including to know, delete and correct personal information, and not to be discriminated against for using them.
Retention and security
Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted when you delete the account, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers, and access is limited to what is needed to run the service.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
