Refund Policy

Effective 7 October 2026

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.

The one exception: if a paid feature fails to deliver what you paid for (for example, a purchased download does not work and we cannot fix it), email support@grigoryancapitalgroup.com within 14 days of the purchase with the email address you used. We will fix the problem or refund that purchase.

Before paying you can see a full preview of a document, so you know exactly what you are buying.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribed, each billing period, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account in one click. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a period already started.

This policy is shown next to every price and accepted at checkout. It does not limit any right you have under the law where you live.
