Terms of Use

GCG Tools at tools.grigoryancapitalgroup.com (the "Service") is operated by Grigoryan Capital Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service is

The Service provides calculators, document and file tools that run in your web browser. Calculations, PDFs and images are produced on your own device from the information you enter. We do not receive the contents of your files or the figures you type.

Not professional advice

Results are estimates for general information and planning. They are not tax, legal, financial, accounting or employment advice. Tax figures use published federal rates for the year shown and simplifying assumptions; your actual taxes, withholding and obligations may differ. Templates are general and may not meet the requirements of your state or situation. Check anything important with a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you create and how you use it. You must not use the Service to create false, misleading or fraudulent documents, to misrepresent income, employment or identity, to imitate a document issued by a real institution, to infringe anyone's rights, or for any unlawful purpose. You must have the right to use every file you process. We may block use that breaks these Terms.

Paid features, renewals and refunds

Some features may be offered for a one-time fee or a subscription. Prices, what is included, and for subscriptions the renewal price and billing interval, are shown next to the price before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account in one click; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds, except where a paid feature fails to deliver what you paid for. In that case email support@grigoryancapitalgroup.com within 14 days and we will fix it or refund that purchase. See the Refund Policy.

Use of artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence has been used in building this Service, including software development and written content on the site. The tools themselves do not use AI: each result is produced by a fixed formula or template from the information you enter. Information produced with the help of AI may be incorrect, incomplete or out of date; check anything that matters against the original source or a qualified professional.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code and templates belong to us or our licensors. Open-source components are used under their licences, listed at /vendor/LICENSES.txt. What you create with the Service from your own information is yours.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grigoryan Capital Group LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, the documents you create and how you use them, or your violation of these Terms or of any law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the arbitration agreement below is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.). To the extent a dispute is not subject to arbitration, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Any dispute will be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may bring a qualifying individual claim in small-claims court. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, by a single arbitrator; the rules and fees are published at adr.org. The arbitration will be held in the county where you live or by telephone or video, at your choice.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it; material changes to paid plans are notified before they apply.
